To persons responsible for remediation in the State of NJ:

You are required to hire a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to oversee the investigation and cleanup of your site no later than May 7, 2012, pursuant to Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) and issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO) upon completion of the remediation. As of May 7, 2012, NJDEP will no longer issue No Further Action (NFA) Letter (only for Underground Heating Oil Tanks-UHOTs). 

We obtained hundreds of NFA letters for residential UHOTs.
